Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Jetty Labs, Inc. handles information on the Aluna marketing website.

Effective date: August 14, 2026

Jetty Labs, Inc. ("Jetty Labs," "Aluna," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to getaluna.ai and the public pages that link to it (the "Site"). It does not govern the Aluna software service or information we process for customers under a separate agreement.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you submit, such as your first and last name, email address, and message.

Technical and usage information

Our infrastructure and service providers receive technical information needed to deliver and secure the Site. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referring page, and the date and time of a request. We use IP addresses for functions such as security, rate limiting, and determining whether analytics is eligible to run.

U.S.-only website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how apparent U.S. visitors use the Site. Google Analytics may collect pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, browser and device information, and first-party identifiers stored in cookies such as _ga and cookies beginning with _ga_. We have disabled Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals for the Site.

We do not load Google Analytics when our hosting provider identifies a visitor as outside the United States, when the visitor has disabled analytics on the Site, or when the browser sends a supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. We do not use website analytics for retargeting or cross-context behavioral advertising.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • respond to demo requests and other communications;
  • provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Site;
  • understand Site performance and improve our content;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity; and
  • comply with law and protect our rights and those of others.

Cookies and analytics choices

We do not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies on the Site. For eligible U.S. visitors, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits and measure Site usage. Google describes how it uses information from sites that use its services in its partner-sites notice.

You can select Disable analytics in the footer at any time. That choice prevents future Google Analytics collection in that browser and removes Google Analytics cookies that are accessible to the Site. We store the choice in your browser's local storage until you change it or clear your browser storage. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we treat that signal as a request not to load Google Analytics.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

  • Service providers. These include Cloudflare for Site delivery and security, HubSpot for demo-request and customer relationship management, and Google Analytics for U.S.-only Site measurement.
  • Professional advisers. We may disclose information to lawyers, auditors, insurers, and other advisers when reasonably necessary.
  • Business transactions. Information may be disclosed in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
  • Legal and safety matters. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Site.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use personal information collected through the Site for targeted advertising.

Retention

We generally retain demo-request information for up to five years after our last meaningful interaction with you. If you become a customer, separate agreements and retention requirements may apply. We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, or security, and may retain deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.

Technical logs and analytics information are retained according to our operational needs and provider settings for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to appeal our response to a request. You may submit a request to privacy@getaluna.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children

The Site is intended for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

U.S. focus and data location

The Site is directed to users in the United States. If you access the Site from another country or submit information to us, your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here and revise its effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
