These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Jetty Labs, Inc. ("Jetty Labs," "Aluna," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using getaluna.ai and the public pages that link to it (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Site scope
The Site provides general information about Aluna and allows visitors to request a demonstration. These Terms do not govern use of the Aluna software service. Software access, customer data, support, payment, and related matters will be governed by separate agreements.
Eligibility and U.S. focus
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. The Site is directed to users in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local law.
Permitted use
Subject to these Terms, Jetty Labs grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Site for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes.
You may not:
- use the Site in violation of law or another person's rights;
- interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
- introduce malicious code or use automated means to overload, scrape, or extract data from the Site without our written permission;
- misrepresent your identity or submit false information; or
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit Site content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, software, design, and other materials, are owned by Jetty Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Aluna, Jetty Labs, and associated names, logos, and branding may not be used without prior written permission.
Demo requests and communications
Submitting a demo request does not create a customer, agency, fiduciary, or other contractual relationship and does not guarantee access to any product or service. You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that we may use it to respond to your request. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
No insurance or professional advice
Site content is for general informational purposes only. It is not insurance, legal, financial, compliance, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on to make coverage, placement, claims, or regulatory decisions. Consult qualified professionals for advice about your circumstances.
Third-party services and links
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, products, or services. Jetty Labs does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. A reference does not imply endorsement.
Site changes and availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." JETTY LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SITE CONTENT IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JETTY LABS AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jetty Labs and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site or material violation of these Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their personal jurisdiction and venue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
General terms
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Jetty Labs regarding the public Site.
